Sauna Meditation in Saunatemppeli
Close your eyes, let your body rest on the sauna benches and come to the monthly sauna meditation session in Saunatemppeli. Every month we enjoy a guided sauna meditation by Juha. The elements are breath, body and the gentle löyly.
Inside the sauna you can just be. The warmth, silence and dim light of the fire give us a deserved break from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. We can easily turn inwards and fall silent to our senses and the sauna. Sauna meditation is a safe, beginner-friendly way to enjoy sauna at its finest.

Every month on the second tuesday 16-17.
You can continue bathing on the public turn starting at 17 by buying a ticket at the counter for 5€.
