The guided sauna ceremony takes you on a deep journey and allows you to close your eyes, take a breath away from the everyday world and relax on the warm sauna bench.
Inside the sauna all nature’s four elements are present. Fire, water, air and earth all help to create the löyly. Löyly signifies the universal life force that is present in every living being. It is an inseparable part of being human. In the sauna the heat gently pushes us to dwell in our own being, our own bodies and our nature in a safe setting.
The ceremony consists of guided sessions inside the sauna, whisks from the forests, ancient sauna songs and spells and of course sauna bells. Your ceremony guides Juha and Matti from Saunakonkeli are experienced sauna guides and professionals, who run their own public sauna Saunatemppeli in the World Sauna Capital Tampere.
